Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in original condition
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer without prior authorization.

Non-Returnable Items

Personal care or hygiene-related items (if applicable)
Items marked as final sale

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted
